OUR PROMISE
We love showing what Kids PT looks like, but a child's image belongs to their family. We only photograph or film children whose parent or guardian has given written consent, and we only use those images in the ways you agreed to.
CONSENT
- We ask for consent when your child joins, with separate options for internal use, our website and social media.
- You can change or withdraw consent at any time by messaging us. We'll stop using the images and remove them from our website and social channels within [7 days].
- Children without consent are kept out of shot, or the images are not used.
HOW WE USE IMAGES
- We never publish a child's full name, school or other identifying details alongside their image.
- Images show children appropriately dressed and taking part in the session.
- Photos and video are taken on club devices, or deleted from personal devices once transferred, and stored securely.
PARENTS TAKING PHOTOS
You're welcome to photograph your own child. Please don't share images of other children online without their parents' permission.
